What am I doing wrong, I keep clicking on the live tab and it says it is coming soon? Am I doing something wrong?

Do you have to invest 25,000 on E*trade to day trade. A lot of platforms request that. I’m on Webull which doesn’t . Some trade are not responsive. I always get extended hrs but some time when I close a trade it won’t fill till the next day and I loose money.
